When valuing, our job is to give you an evidence-based estimate of the valuation range but if you want your property marketed at above, or below, our valuation range you just need to tell us - you're the boss!
  • 3 Who will conduct the viewings?
    It’s up to you. If you’d like us to do them, we will but some sellers prefer doing them. It doesn’t make a difference but when it comes to negotiating you should leave this to us.
